Michael R. Shelton - Principal
Michael R. Shelton, Esq., is the principal and founder of Legal Solutions, LLC. He founded the firm on the principle that clients of all backgrounds deserve competent and cost-effective legal services.
Previously, Mike drafted wills, powers of attorney, living wills and other estate planning documents at Montco Elder Law, a firm with an active Orphans’ Court practice. His legal research played an integral role in the success of the firm’s litigation practice.
Mike holds a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law (2011) and two Bachelor’s degrees from Penn State University (Journalism 2007 & Political Science 2007).
Mike volunteers his time with the Wills for Heroes program, where he creates estate plans for Pennsylvania and New Jersey first responders. He also provides representation to plaintiffs in Protection from Abuse cases through Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s pro bono program.
Mike serves as Corporate Legal Counsel to Family Financial Centers, LLC, a company that franchises stores that provide financial services to the general public.

Paul Eckert - Chief Operating Officer
Paul W. Eckert serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Legal Solutions, LLC. He is a sought after business consultant and turn-around specialist in general business disciplines.
Mr. Eckert is the founder and CEO of Family Financial Centers, LLC, and has been recognized as a leader in the franchise industry. His vast experience includes the United Services Group, Midas International, Sparks Computerized Car Care and Speedy Muffler King. Mr. Eckert has filled many roles, including President and COO, Regional Manager and Vice President of Operations. He specializes in growth, development, training and creating cutting edge business models that meet the needs of advancing technology.
Mr. Eckert is a member of the International Franchise Association’s Franchise Relations Committee and has been a featured writer for franchise and financial industry publications including Cheklist Magazine and Franchise World. He attended the University of Pittsburgh where he completed the coursework for the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business Young Executive Program.
Mr. Eckert resides in Doylestown, PA with his wife of 38 years.
